Reiki is an energy modality where the practitioner aka me, connects to the infinite energy of the universe. I then lay or hover my hands over your body to direct said energy through and around every cell you are made of. An intuitive led session with me may also include crystals, essential oils, cleansing smoke or drumming.
Reiki is said to help promote the bodies natural healing ability, reduce stress and fatigue and can have a positive impact on physical pain. I am currently holding 60 minute sessions from the beautiful HER centre in Mt Nasura. You can expect to feel a range of emotions and may experience a little bit of magic while your at it.
